We are seeking a new HR Assistant to join our European Team based at our office Zaventem, Belgium. The role will cover tasks for our teams based in Belgium and the Netherlands. This is a permanent full-time office-based role.
The Human Resource Assistant provides administrative/clerical support to the functional areas of human resources such as personnel records, labour related documents, employee relations, compensation, benefits and absence management.
Education and Experience:
High School degree or GED
At least 2 years HR administration experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Fluent in Dutch and English language, both written and orally
Understanding of local statutory legislation
Strong IT skills and ability to learn and become proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Ability to learn Oracle, and other applications as needed
Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to multi-task
