HR Administration Officer

The purpose

Within this story, we are looking for an HR Administration Officer to support staff, management and other internal/external parties in human resources management.

Your mission

  • You answer questions in the first line by phone or e-mail and you handle electronic forms and received documents.
  • You answer questions about personnel management and exchange information with your colleagues.
  • You manage the individual personnel files and process the data. You enter the data in the various HR computer applications.
  • You are responsible for updating the personnel files from recruitment to departure. You are responsible for the administration in the various HR domains in question (recruitment, internal mobility, working time, leave, illness, performance, wages and benefits, pension, etc.).
  • You draw up and complete all kinds of certificates (employment, holidays, home loans, etc.).
  • You contact the various parties in the context of specific assignments.
  • You contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal procedures and processes.
  • You also take part in the testing of the new releases of the various applications before they are made available to the users.

Your profile

It goes without saying that, as HR Administration Officer, you are a team player with strong communication skills. However, we would like to emphasise the following points:

  • You are French-speaking or Dutch-speaking with a sound knowledge of the second national language.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of social legislation and the Staff Regulations.
  • You have a positive and open mindset.
  • You can work under pressure, without losing the details.
