Your responsibilities
- Become an integral part of the BPO Finance strategy team for the transformation of the transactional finance processes leveraging RPA, AI etc.
- Responsible for IT related implementation and modification of existing processes, systems and tools in Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expenses (T&E) end-to-end, with a strong view to business and functional requirements
- Be the project manager for tool / software implementation from Business site as counterpart of IT
- Be the interface to IT department for all relevant communication, alignments and ensures ongoing operations
- Align with the Global Process Managers regarding process harmonization and standardization by implementing software / tools
- Aligns furthermore with diverse GEA departments regarding general Finance and Accounting guidelines and recommends realization opportunities along the IT roadmap
- Informs the Business Partners in BPO Finance about ongoing projects and aligns on right communication
- Leads OCR & workflow tool implementation projects such as Seeburger, VIM etc. in diverse ERP environments incl. S/4 HANA among others
Your profile
- Master´s degree in Finance, IT or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in IT operations and project management
- Advanced understanding of Finance end to end process
- Strong willingness to work into detailed process analysis and system implications
- Proven track record of leading transformative projects with diverse stakeholder
- Excellent written and verbal German and English skills, ability to coordinate work in a complex environment combined with presentation and communication skill
- Knowledge and experience in Business Process Outsourcing / Shared Service Center beneficial
- In-depth understanding of SAP, other ERP solutions and micro systems used in Finance and interfacing departments
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to deliver results under pressureMS Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
