Main purpose of job :
As a passionate Food and Beverage Manager, you are in charge of the various outlets of the hotel: restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting. You manage the service and stewarding team and work closely together with the Head chef to overview the kitchen team also. On an operational level, you are expected to lead your team by example. With over 5M turnover, you are responsible for forecasting, planning and controlling the department. A good balance between floor and desk time management is essential. You report to the Operations Manager/General Manager of the hotel.
