Finance Director - Construction - Antwerp

An construction company is currently looking for its new finance director in Antwerp. As final decision maker for the financial department you will be charged with the responsibility of the overall group activities (in term of finance of course). This human size company employs around 200 people in Belgium and is internationaly active.

• You are charged with the management and optimization of the treasury related activities. Meaning that you have the last word in terms of investment, funding and loans but also are the SPOC with external players.
• Report your activity to the boards and fine tune the strategy of the group to make it work as intended.
• You lead by example. It also means that you are technically flawless, able to teach and eager to learn. Leading the financial team, you look after results and growth with great emphasis on the human.
• You make sure the companies values are safeguarded and thrive to offer the best service with your team.

• You hold a master in finance, accounting or equivalent.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in finance and have already lead a financial team.
• You speak French and Dutch Fluently as the company is located in Brussels (English is an asset).
• You have a first experience in engineering or construction sector.

• An unspecified duration contract
