As a technical support agent, you will become a strategic member of the back-office team within an international manufacturing company. This world player, historically well-established on the Belgian market, is currently sustaining its growth through the development of service-related and projects management offers. You will thus be responsible for the following tasks:
- You improve Customer Satisfaction by providing a high quality professional Primary Technical Support for Automation & Control matters.
- You resolve, close or escalate via phone technical customer queries particularly regarding technical information on industrial products, prices, discounts, application information during the pre-sales, sales & after-sales process.
- You ensure the customer is satisfied before closing any request.
- You produce a proper resolution for queries related to product replacement, on-site intervention, technical complaints and product quality returns.
- You eventually detect sales opportunities while addressing customer support requests.
- You coordinate with relevant Quotation, Sales or Marketing contacts for special prices.
- You are willing to develop skills relating to new products, technologies and applications.
- You liaise between customers, after-sales and marketing regarding product quality returns.
- You are responsible for back-up (ideally in Dutch or French) of tasks performed in the Customer Care Center.
- After relevant trainings, you do ongoing proactive research and training on new products, technologies and applications.
- You participate in the Customer Care continuous improvement processes by dealing with complaint and knowledge management.
- You share your observations and inputs abut operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
