In this role you will be lead the Operations team at Kantar in Belgium, where you will bring the best operational delivery to our local business. You will apply your experience in both people- and change management, projects and transformation gained in a complex matrix organization. You will drive the transformation of our business within your own country whilst also contributing across the region and to other teams within Kantar. The purpose is to move towards greater standardization, with driving efficiency and continuous improvement/transformation of our Operations department, implementing new processes, capabilities, systems & tools. You be enabling the key business transformations in areas such as automation, data visualization, near/ offshoring, insourcing etc.
We are looking for someone who understands emerging technologies, how they fit within our offer and our client’s requirements. Ideally you have experience in leading operations/analytics/tech teams within a similar industry. You have a track record of delivering projects on time & in budget. You have are able to lead the people through change (technological & organisational change). On top of that you have a valid workpermit and are fluent in English, Dutch & French.
