Your responsibilities
- Being responsible for the digital projects: effective coordination of planning, testing, implementation and administration of interactive technologies, websites, applications and social media platforms.
- Coordinate, maintain and update internally and externally built websites, mobile and social media apps in collaboration with our digital specialists.
- Maintains effective working relationships with internal personnel and external agency partners (team lead online team)
- coach the clients and explain to them how our goals and best practices will ultimately improve the quality of their service.
- coordinate and optimize our web-based projects, from a technical point of view
- develop and design inclusively, keeping in mind performance, accessibility and usability
- work closely together with other teams (internally and externally), share your knowledge with them and come up with solutions that work best for all parties involved
- Responsible for coordinating the digital marketing roadmap
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Minimum of five years of progressive experience in applications or website development.
- Proven experience in (Digital) Project Management.
- Working experience with Web development tools and CMS tools such as the following: PHP, C#, MySQL, Kentico, Drupal…
- Have good understanding of main frond-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Be critical, you challenge your project team in order to make sure the projects are delivered in the best and most effective way possible
- Be able to identify and solve performance bottlenecks
- Solid people skills, to act as bridge between business/clients and IT development
- Solid communication skills – you are able to take the lead of a project team and apply straightforward communication
- Stress-resistant, flexible and reliable and hands-on mentality
