We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our awesome marketing team!
You are responsible for the performance of all digital campaigns of Immoweb (residential and business). You make sure that the campaigns go live as planned and are optimized in real-time. You know very well how you can optimize the ROI of campaigns and keep on searching for new ways to optimize and measure the performance.
We work in a fast-paced market that occasionally requires irregular work hours and quick turnarounds, so flexibility is critical for success in this position. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, experienced and passionate about digital technologies and communication, project management and able easily to adapt to rapid changes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using data to make choices. Experience in leading and managing SEA/SEO, display advertising, re-marketing, social media, e-mail, …
Solid understanding of performance marketing, online conversion & customer acquisition
Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent project management and budget management skills
5+ years of experience as Digital Marketing Manager
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English
