BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an IT Technical Designer to enforce the Middleware Services Tribe.

Your future job
In the context of the evolution to the cloud and adoption of new Middleware services (f.e. kafka), your role will be to understand and integrate those into the solution for our business.
The job mainly consists of the following elements:
- Define how to use and implement the services for BNP Paribas Fortis application, in an agile way
- Enable the operating model within an international group
- Identify knowledge buildup that needs to be done in the squad
- Define standard usages (patterns) with respect to the techno (in collaboration with architecture)
- Ensure group services meets the requirements
- Contribute to projects designs by promoting standard solutions
- Ensure operational quality of our assets managed by a service provider
- Work in close collaboration with tribe architects, service owners and engineers
- Be responsible for key information on volumes, quality of solutions and service, service evolutions (roadmap, LCM’s, security, …)
- Manage and prioritize the backlog for new and ongoing requests
Highlight your strengths
- You have a Bachelor/Master in Computer Sciences(or equivalent by experience)
- You speak French or Dutch with a good level in English
- You have experience with working in a complex organization and in the banking sector.
Required knowledge / Experience
- 5 years of work experience, with exposure to several technology domains
- Used to translate and breakdown complex requirements into coherent components
- Able to understand and apply IT service contracts
- Experience with working in a complex organization
- Broad knowledge in multiple technical domains
- Ability to familiarize with new products/technologies at a high pace
- Ability to treat multiple projects simultaneously
Preferable
- Be able to work in Agile Way Of Working
- Experience with cloud environments is welcome
- Experience in the banking sector

- You have a very good team spirit and share your knowledge and experience with other members of the team
