You have experience in sales, customer and commercially oriented business and a good understanding of the local user market. You are good at identifying commercial opportunities and, if need be, you adapt your work to remain aligned to them. You have solid experience as a leader and you are a real team player, which enables you to solve problems and make decisions in a challenging and ever-changing retail environment. You optimise sales and profitability by taking responsibility for the range and promoting the commercial IKEA priorities and keeping promises regarding volumes. • You are able to make quick decisions about commercial opportunities and feedback from customers. In addition, you keep a close eye on the data about competitors, the offer and the results. • You ensure that the store looks perfect and is always well stocked, so that the customers are able to make independent decisions about what they buy.
