Data Product Manager

In this evolving context, we are looking for a Data solutions product manager. This data solutions product manager will work within our dynamic & enthusiastic business development department. His/her data knowledge will allow him/her to further build data solutions and deliver added-value to internal/external clients.

He/she has experience in driving projects, with end-to-end responsibility, and negotiating with various stakeholders. He/she is customer oriented, at all times focusing on delivering value to the client.

As Data solutions product manager, you will build appropriate data solutions in line with market and client needs, and contributing to data solutions P&L. Also you’ll manage the P&L of the data solutions in your portfolio, and drive building new solutions, in alignment with your stakeholders (sales, marketing, pricing, DPO, legal). Moreover you’ll:

• Contribute to developing the data strategy of bpost;
• Offer support to our sales team through the entire sales cycle;
• Contribute to the success of our clients’ multi-channel (incl. direct mail) communications;
• Construct and maintain solid relationship with data suppliers;
• Take accountability in delivering your projects, balancing with commercial and analytical tasks;
• Build a solid experience of the services offered by bpost;

In your role of Data solutions product manager, you have a good knowledge of and passion for the data market (ideally minimum of 5 years of experience in building data solutions or commercializing data). Also you are interested in new technological evolution in the data world (e.g. Big Data).

• You easily work with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP Business Objects;
• SQL knowledge and analytical experience is a plus;
• Fluency in Dutch & French. Any additional language is a plus.
