Your responsibilities

In our EUROCENTRAL organization we are looking for a solution-oriented and consultative Software Sales Director (m/f/d), a strongly motivated individual with proven sucessfull track record in account base sales management. Main goal is to ensure strong revenue growth in CRE strategic account segments with the 3DExperience Works Portfolio through succesfully developing and executing relevant sales strategies while leading a team of account managers.

The location is either remote or at one of our 3DS offices e. g. Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin, Darmstadt, Karlsruhe, Hamburg, Hannover or Düsseldorf. Ability to travel to our offices and customers in the DACH region and Europe is a basic requirement.

The challenges ahead 

  • Manage a team of Account Managers with a focus of maintaining, expanding and winning new business within defined Strategic Accounts
  • Responsible for Multi Million Euro End Customer Spending Quota
  • Full accountability supporting the team to engage with Accounts systematically with strategic selling approach including account planning, strategic roadmaps, account based marketing, Roadmap planning, creating Win-Win Solutions for complex PLM tasks.
  • Key driver in planning with Geo Channel Sales Managers on geo resources allocation to sustain 3DS Customer Roadmap implementation
  • Manage team of Sales Experts supporting all aspects of regional growth strategy
  • Effectively manage 3DS teams and/or Resellers to maintain a high-end account management presence at customer and to create new business areas by leveraging 3DS solutions offered via the Professional Solution Channel
  • Drive revenue delivery on target in accordance with the teams committed revenue plan
  • Provide an accurate forecast with the appropriate pipeline in line with business objectives
  • Develop, build and implement scalable models to add a VAR SAM GTM to traditional VAR business
  • Lead global client business reviews with 3DS extended team to ensure proper execution of the strategic sales strategy agreed with customer, in accordance with the sales process

Your profile

  • At least 8 years experience in selling and/or managing sales teams selling software solutions for SMB & enterprise customers
  • Ability to work and lead interdisciplinary account teams
  • Speaking the language of the various industries served with the 3DExperience Works Portfolio
  • Understanding business consulting is an advantage
  • Strong people management skills to motivate, mentor and performance manage a team of excellent individuals
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships and manage complex negotiations at top executive level
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills to get customer top executive commitment
  • Strong consultative selling approach to uncover new business areas and create value for customer
  • Strong contextual intelligence ability to translate customer business challenges into a valuable sales strategy
  • German and English language is a MUST, French a Plus
