The Customs Compliance Specialist will support the Customs Affairs team in respect of customs declarations and trade compliance reporting towards the Customs Authorities.
She/he is responsible for the execution and follow up of all customs declarations (in- and outbound) in line with the customs legislation using the supporting system SAP (GTS). The Customs Compliance Specialist is also managing all administrations related to VAT-listings (supporting Finance Dpt), Customs Bonded Warehouse, preferential origin statements, document archiving and KPI reporting.
She/he has a good view on the supply chain goods flows applicable within the Pfizer group companies and their impact on the customs formalities to be executed.
She/he is reporting directly towards the Customs Manager but is also the liaison towards other internal departments such as Customer Service, Transportation, Quality, …
