We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for supporting the business development manager in growing the platform business in the corporate segment. In this role you will work with HR directors and mobility managers, to help them to offer smart and flexible mobility options to their employees, but without the usual hassle.
As Customer Success Manager you will:
work in tandem with the business development manager to target larger corporate companies
conduct in-depth discovery on the customers' current and future states and required business outcomes
ask strong questions
create presentations and proposals that demonstrate our value proposition against the customers' required capabilities
work with the product and IT development teams to envision future product strategy
challenge and inspire the vision of HR directors and mobility managers
show them the value of the service offering and question the status quo
build a network of HR-directors and mobility managers
We are looking for someone who:
has a minimum of 2 years of business and consulting experience
preferably has experience within the HR industry and with corporate customers
is self-motivated and desires to grow as a person and as a team
is a very good listener
is a real team player and understands that open communication is essential in a small team
is inspired and excited by the new mobility trends
is a native speaker of French (preferably) or Dutch and has at least professional working proficiency in French, Dutch and English. German is a welcome plus.
