The geographical scope includes Europe, Africa, America and India. To accommodate our growth in our division Nipro Medical Europe, we are looking for a Customer Service Operator.
The Customer Service (CS) Operator is responsible for recording and routing all the incoming requests and complaints from internal and external customers.
After a first analysis of the incoming request, the CS Operator can identify, reply and/or address the request to the correct department or stakeholder.
For some specific requests related to the Shipping & Documentation team, operational support can be given by the CS Operator.
The CS Operator is part of the Customer Service Team and reports to the Customer Service Manager.
