Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer who will be in charge of the processing of requests for information, complaints, VIP reception either by telephone, mail, letters or social media (Twitter and Instagram).
You are in direct contact with clients from several countries. You would need to act fast and in a qualitative way;
You are responsible for managing customer contact, in accordance with the trade and compensation policy, in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards;
You are in contact with customers via telephone, fax, e-mail and mail and process requests, service and information;
Ensure moderation of accounts (e.g. Twitter) with the team and management of clients.
You have a good command of French (both oral and written) and have a good knowledge of German, English and Dutch (you don’t need to be perfect in all but can manage in them especially in French, Dutch or German and English).
You are customer minded service and ideally have experience in the service sector;
You have a good ability to listen and understand the client;
You are dynamic, flexible and stress-resistant;
You are commercial minded and team spirited;
You are organized and versatile;
You have a positive and friendly attitude;
You have a willingness to learn and progress;
You have specific knowledge of the social media environment (language, codes, …) and their functionalities;
You are familiar with office tools (eg. MsOffice);
Professional experience in customer service is an added value.
Schedule : Customer service is open 7 days a week from 07:30am to 8.30pm
A rotation system of 4 days and 2 days of rest (on average 2 weekend worked per month)
Early shift: 7:30am to 3:30pm except Tuesdays 7:30am to 4pm - break from 11:30am-12pm
Late shift: 12.30pm to 8.30pm except Tuesdays: 12.00pm to 8.30pm - break 16.30-17.00
