A global logistics service provider located in Antwerp is looking for a Customer Care Representative for one of their business units. As a Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for your own client portfolio from a-z.
As Customer Care Representative your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- You will be responsible for one or more clients via telephone, mail or face-to-face
- You manage administration and maintain customer databases
- You process orders and communicate with internal departments
- You will handle various documents such as export documentations, packing lists etc
Qualifications and experience of the ideal Customer Care Representative:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in logistics, warehousing or transport
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
- No nonsense and hands on mentality
- High level of autonomy and pays attention to details
- Analytical mindset
