Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
The scope of responsibilities for this job as a Credit Collector includes:
- Initiate the collection process for 'International' customers;
- Initiate monthly reminders/statement process and diligent follow up to ensure timely resolution;
- Handle collection calls for an assigned customer portfolio;
- Analyse and report on collection status & progress;
- Liaise between practice and finance staff regarding administrative issues/disputes;
- Monitor, review and maintain client information in existing database.
Jouw profiel
The requested qualifications for this job as a Credit Collector include:
- You have a Bachelor in Accounting;
- You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English;
- You've had a first experience within Credit Collection;
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel;
- You have great communication skills;
- You have a commercial attitude;
- You are a great team player.
