At StepStone, located close to Brussels Central Station, understanding sales processes are a crucial part of our business. That is why we are currently looking for a new colleague for our Sales Operations department.
As Contract Administrator you will join a young and dynamic team of 4 and will report to the Sales Operations Manager, with whom you can take initiatives and come up with new ideas. You will also work closely with a team of account managers.
The Sales Operations team is responsible for the development of business insights, for the quality and compliance of data in the CRM database and for the efficient use of the CRM tool SAP Business By Design. Your focus is mainly on the processing of requests regarding (international) contracts and data in the CRM database.
You main tasks:
StepStone is an organization in full expansion where employees are central. New starters follow a two-day program to get to know our business and the company, followed by more specific on-the-job training. StepStone also provides further training for the development of our employees.
