Responsibilities
- Management of the Compounding operations across 5 shifts
- Direct line management of 11 shift coaches
- Control and manage the OTC process in Compounding ensuring process and batch records are correctly adhered to and completed on time.
- Responsible for deputizing for the Workcenter Manager when required
- Ensure that all Compounding operations are conducted to corporate standards of Good Manufacturing Practice are adhered to, namely; hygiene, housekeeping, sanitisation procedures, manufacturing procedures, sampling procedures, documentation.
- Conduct audits of processes (GMP, Safety & Environmental) and feedback actions.
- Support and guide external and internal audits
- Proactively problem-solve ongoing manufacturing problems and processes and follow up with necessary actions.
- Work closely with Quality department for optimal flow of lab/color matching operations
- Undertake specific department projects as defined by the Workcenter Manager.
- Support the selection, installation and commissioning of new manufacturing areas and equipment working closely with the Projects teams
- Refer SOP documentation issues to the GMP administrator.
Jouw profiel
- Minimal Technical Bachelor’s degree
- Minimal 5 years of experience in leading a large group
- Knowledge of QA & QMS systems
- Knowledge of GMP & FDA regulations
- Strong people management skills
- Dutch and English language knowledge
