As (Pricing) Compliance Analyst, you will be part of the Group Regulatory team that provides the Business Units with expertise on regulatory requirements when designing products, services and tariffs. Within this team, you are responsible for the overall governance of the pricing approval process within Proximus.
The pricing policy within Proximus is managed by a large 'Pricing Community' with important representations in all business units (Consumer, Enterprise and Wholesale), working closely with Finance, Legal and Regulatory. The different pricing sub-processes include standard rates on the one hand and case-by-case rates on the other hand to meet the demand of enterprise and wholesale customers.
As (Pricing) Compliance Analyst, you will ensure that all stakeholders are addressed and provide their validation of pricing decisions within the agreed timeframe.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- You will contribute to the overall pricing process for Proximus. You draw up pricing procedures and discuss these with all stakeholders for cascading in the respective sub-processes of the business units. You give advice to the Business Units in case of questions or ambiguities.
- You set up a control mechanism to monitor compliance with the tariff procedures.
- You evaluate the procedures on a regular basis and adjust them if necessary. You ensure the involvement of all stakeholders in the process.
- You verify the pricing files for senior management (EXCO) and make sure that the advice of the support departments (Regulatory/Legal/Finance) is included.
- You draw up a reporting process to EXCO regarding the upcoming, ongoing and completed price decisions. You formalize, document and communicate EXCO's decisions regarding these price files in a centralized way.
- You focus on efficiency in the processes by means of automation (from data extraction to vizualisation).
Your profile
Profile
- You have a university degree, potentially supplemented with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- You communicate excellently and in a balanced way, both orally and in writing. You are comfortable communicating at all levels of the organisation.
- You see added value for the business in governance and compliance. You have an in-depth knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs.
- You have strong analytical skills and experience with business cases.
- You work autonomously, efficiently and organized and you respect the deadlines. You can prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- You have strong problem-solving skills, you report on problems that arise in a timely manner. You can maintain a "helicopter vision" to consider problems in a broader context.
- You are a team player and regularly exchange information with your colleagues.
- You are flexible and stress resistant.
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch or French and English (orally and in writing).
