The purpose with this job is to develop better business results and enable transformation and growth of the IKEA business in the market, through world class communication. As a Communication Business Partner, you will lead effective communication both internally and externally and secure the communication process by defining, planning, executing and following up communication to relevant stakeholders.
The purpose with the position is also to drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.

You have strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English both spoken and written and have proven advanced training in Communications or equivalent and 2-5 years of both external and internal communication experience. You have understanding of local business issues and challenges and experience working with strategic and tactical communication.

As a person you have the ability to understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of communication as an integrated part of the business and you communicate in an inspirational way within IKEA tone of voice, both verbally, visually and in writing. Furthermore you have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.
