Our Pfizer Clinical Research Unit (PCRU) in Brussels is a state-of-the-art research facility with sixty inpatient beds dedicated to early clinical trials (Phase 1 & 2a studies).
The Clinical recruitment and communication specialist is responsible for the development of the recruitment activities through recruitment process improvements, database optimatization, as well as communication activities and campaigns related to Pifzer Clinical Research Unit (PCRU) , promoting clinical research awareness and optimizing the recruitment of clinical study participants.
As a key member of the PCRU recruitment department, the Clinical recruitment and communication specialist will work closely with the Clinical Research Recruiters, Patient Recruitment manager and in-house study teams, by managing a portfolio of Early Phase projects from launch to delivery. He/she will also liaise closely with internal and external marketing & communication professionals and ensure compliance of regulatory requirements related to the protection of volunteer's confidential data.
