1. Payment and Agreement administration
- You'll have financial and administrative task related to contracts, Purchase Order
- You'll collaborate with other entities related to new contracts, Master Agreements, and follow-up of requests and cross charges
- You'll manage and track Purchase Orders in SAP
- You'll create and follow-up new vendors within the system
- You're responsible for the documentation according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- You'll maintain close contact with Finance to ensure the consistency of financial process (payment process, terms, accrual)
- You'll be supportive in the annual financial audit
- You're responsible for the administration regarding invoices related to clinical trials
2. Preparation for Clinical Trials
- You'll provide administrative assistance to the management of clinical research projects;
- You'll provide administrative assistance
- You'll provide administrative assistance in SOP preparation and update.
