Moving beyond the finance function, CFO Services is one of TriFinance’s expert specialty business units, called Blue Chip Boutiques and consisting of six expert practices. Offering innovative and pragmatic advisory solutions to the C-level community, CFO services covers a large field of business domains, ranging from procurement and supply chain, credit management, corporate reporting, business process management and complexity reduction to business transformation.
CFO services is currently looking for a Client Partner, who acts as a liaison between its expert practices and our project consultants and clients. Reinforcing the team, you will establish and grow trusted relationships in the C-suite, further people by expertise, and manage project delivery. You will work together with our Care (HR) team, our expertise practices and our project delivery teams.
More specifically, you will
be responsible for business development on the executive level, creating / looking for opportunities with both new clients and existing clients;
build trusted relationships with clients and prospects through content and knowledge sharing, match business development with recruitment needs and provide insights into recruitment needs in view of said business development;
manage the portfolio of TriFinance, CFO Services and our expert practices in a steerco mode;
define CFO Services’ organizational strategy and service offerings together with our expert managers and expert practice leaders;
provide insights and initiate actions to further develop the service portfolio;
create thought leadership around actual topics in the industry;
maintain and improve relationships with business partners such as software providers.
As a client partner you:
are able to quickly acquire knowledge about business and technology and its application to business situations;
have excellent business development skills, both on the ‘cold’ and the ‘hot’ side, with a proven experience in (complex) consulting and project selling;
gained business process management and/or operational expertise in multiple subdomains of our portfolio, such as finance and operations, enabling you to have content-driven conversations with CFO's, COO’s, CEO's, etc.;
have a general oversight of client delivery (both project delivery and transition & support);
have extensive relevant working experience in order to convincingly interact with the C-suite and deliver high quality services;
are fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a good knowledge of English;
are willing to work on several locations/regions in Belgium and abroad.
