Your responsibilities as the Client Onboarding Assistant:
- You are an integral part of the Onboarding Team, which analyses prospecting clients;
- You ensure the technical implementation of our e-payment solutions for newly acquired clients;
- You employ different software systems to manage the set-up of different parameters;
- You link the client profile to several payment methods, thereby activating the client agreement;
- Your interest in both administration and technology enables you to execute ad hoc supporting tasks.
Your profile as Client Onboarding Assistant:
- You are proficient in English and are fluent in either Dutch or French;
- You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience;
- Your showcase administrative accuracy and meticulous execution;
- You are a fast learner with a 'can do' attitude;
- You radiate positivity and are a flexible team player.
