Customer support specialist with knowledge of English, Spanish and Portuguese
Our client Volvo Trucks, offers round-the-clock assistance with emergency breakdown services for trucks and busses all over Europe and provides its customers (especially truck dealers) with technical advice. We're looking for a customer support coordinator with knowledge of English, Spanish and Portuguese:
In this job, you work as a part of the uptime coordination team where you give road assistance to drivers. You do this by acting as the link between customers, drivers and dealers in order to find the best solution to get the vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. You look for acceptable solutions for logistic and technical problems related to the breakdown and follow up the status until the repair is finished. You keep all the different parties up-to-date about the progress, which you do in a proactive way. You work in a dynamic and international environment with colleagues from all over the world.
For this job as customer service coordinator you are fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. You are customer-oriented with good communication skills. You have good skills in MS Office applications and you are willing to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, night, weekend).
