We are seeking a Customer Service (CS) Application Owner
to join the Information Systems department with Sony Electronics Europe, joining a larger pan-EU business function that both implements and manages Sony’s c20 platforms. You will be the point of contact for our Business Partner as well as our business units in Service, Quality and Environment (SQE), and manage teams in Brussels and Bangalore. Our platforms consist of:
- CRM system to be used by Call Centre applications
- Front End applications (B2B and B2C)
- API Layer for Application Service Centres
- Backend systems covering ERP functions
- Data Warehouse and reporting
- Commercial and bespoke applications
As an experienced team leader, you should be someone who with technical experience coupled with leadership skills, guiding the team to meet SLA’s while also ensuring implementation projects meet timelines in an Agile environment. Background in wide range of areas including Java Technologies, Database Development, CRM, ERP systems, application performance, middleware management, AWS, Cloud Security & Data Privacy are all great assets for this role. You should also be experienced in owning platform costs and budgets, vendor management, reviewing efficiencies across platforms periodically and making changes. Lastly you should be someone who has a preference to become part of your stakeholder business group, understanding their drivers, ecosystems and methodologies in order to build long lasting partnership.
