Introduction
Our client is a major biopharmaceutical company based in Diegem.
Scope of the position
The purpose of the role is to support the sales organization with their reporting and analytical needs. The CRM & BI Analyst will become the link between sales, finance & IT. He/she will become the local system owner and liaise with the European hub in Switzerland.
Tasks overview
CRM (tool: Veeva CRM)
- SPOC for Veeva within the Belux affiliate
- Roll-out new module of the tool if necessary
- Liaise with the CRM Europe hub community to share knowledge and best practices
- Support the users in their use of the tool (e.g. refresh trainings)
Business Intelligence (tool: Tableau)
- SPOC for Tableau within the Belux affiliate
- Liaise with external providers for data purchase or maintenance
- Support the users in their use of the tool (e.g. refresh trainings)
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
- Provide analysis and recommendation to the business; sizing, targeting, call planning, performance monitoring, etc.
- Define the Plan of Action (POA) in close collaboration with the business unit directors
- CEE / Customer re-engagement workforce post-COVID-19 (participate in weekly meetings with business unit directors and support them analysis the data and come up with recommendations based on these data)
Supply Chain
- IMS data analysis & reporting: weekly market data and stock data
- Tool quanti submission of quantities per product (supply forecast pack)
Data
- Data management for the tools mentioned above (Veeva, Tableau)
- Point of contact and manage relationship with data supplier
- Additional Business support
- Automate existing report (e.g. improve process of IMS data analysis & reporting)
- Create added-value dashboard
Your profile
- You hold an academic degree (life science, economics, IT) or have equivalent professional experience.
- You have min. 3 - 5 years of experience as analyst.
- You have a good command of BI tools (e.g. Tableau) and CRM tools (e.g. Veeva).
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills which means you communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally, and (inter-) nationally.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch or nice to haves.
- You display strong project management, organizational and analytical skills.
- You are proactive, enthusiastic and you are always seeking for creative solutions with respect of the regulations.
- You are open, honest and cooperative.
- You are currently residing in Belgium, preferably in the Brussels area.
