Function

As a buyer/stock manager you will be part of a team of 5 people. Your main challenges will be to balance cost/delivery/quality of products to meet customer requirements.

You will work closely with the product specialists.

Specifically:

You will manage contacts with a portfolio of Chinese, European and American suppliers.
You follow up on products, from computer creation to ordering, invoice verification and goods receipt in stock.
You closely monitor the stock of goods
You manage the monitoring of packaging and manufacturing problems.

Profile

You have a higher education
You ideally have experience as a buyer
You have a good command of common computer programmes, including Excel.
You have excellent communication skills and are able to establish and maintain effective relationships of trust and credibility with suppliers.
You are positive and optimistic
You are an organised person with a great capacity for anticipation
You are rigorous in your work and have a methodical approach.
You are stress-resistant, like to take initiatives and find solutions
You have a good team spirit
You have a perfect command of French and/or Dutch and English; Chinese is a plus.
A work permit is required, if applicable.
