To support our clients in the digitization and transformation of their business processes, we are looking for a Business Development Manager Technology to manage and expand our portfolio of partnerships with technology software providers. The role will cover a broad range of activities from initiating discussions with potential partners, managing existing and new relationships, positioning the benefits of the solution to clients, and coordinating the interactions between the software provider, our consultants and the clients.
Key tasks and responsibilities
As our Business Development Manager Technology, you will:
use your sales skills to develop a dynamic approach to attract new clients
as a real hunter, seek for opportunities to propose our offering towards new and existing clients
develop and manage software partnerships to expand our portfolio of services
understand the digitization and process automation challenges of our (new) clients and work with our consultant to design and propose pragmatic solutions
build a solid understanding of the leading applications for core financial and operational processes (Source to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash)
develop in-depth knowledge of the skills of the CFO Services consultants in order to detect market opportunities and present our consultants to companies that match their ambitions
take part in networking activities and expand your network and knowledge, more specifically with new software and technologies
contribute to the growth of our offering by supporting various initiatives and activities (recruitment of new consultants, content development, events, internal/external communication, internal projects, etc.)
As a Business Development Manager, you:
have at least 4 years of professional experience in Sales and Business Development, in a Service or Consultancy environment
have excellent business development skills, both on the ‘cold’ and the ‘hot’ side, with a first experience in consulting and project selling
are familiar with different software solutions supporting financial and operational processes
have an entrepreneurial mindset. Your challenge and goal are to develop your own client portfolio
have strong commercial skills and are customer-oriented while having strong communication and persuasion skills
are a real team player while showing personal drive, autonomy, and a hands-on attitude
quickly understand the business of our clients and their challenges
are a true networker
are able to capture our customers’ needs and requirements
are a real problem-solver who is able to deal with change
are stress-resistant and very flexible
are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good knowledge of French
are willing to work on several locations and in different regions in Belgium and abroad
