Introduction
You will be part of the Business Controlling team based in HQ and will have daily interactions with all departments of Verisure Belgium. You will be part of a smart, ambitious and fun to work with team and will have the possibility to grow with the team and in a company growing at 20% per year!
Your responsibilities
- Your perimeter is the portfolio part of the business.
- You oversee the monthly closing and management reporting.
- You coordinate the budget, forecast and long range plan processes.
- You are a partner of the business and an advisor to the Management. You look with a critical eye at the results, understanding the underlying key drivers.
- You lead ad hoc initiatives and support business partners and the Management with:
- Analysis and recommendations (e.g. opportunities to improve profitability, alert on risks and recommended actions, continuous improvement projects etc.).
- Exercising a real influencer role, taking an active part in decision-making and helping to bring concrete results.
- You participate to cross departments initiative.
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree.
- You have at least 5 years experience of which 2 years in controlling or financial analysis.
- You have a strong affinity with :
- Excel, PowerPoint, Think cell is a plus;
- ERP, reporting and BI tools.
- You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach.
- You take initiative and drive towards change in all processes.
- Setting priorities and reaching deadlines are natural to you.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
- You like working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- You are a business-oriented person.
- You demonstrate assertiveness.
- You are recognized as a lively and smart person.
