Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as a Bid Manager!
As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for the full bid management process, from qualifying the deal and designing the solution, to the actual hand-over to the implementation team. Together with Sales you will perform the intake and qualification of incoming bid requests, and you prepare and lead the decision making. You coordinate the multidisciplinary bid project team and motivate team members to present to a competitive offer. The bids you will be handling are complex and contain a mix of Fujitsu products and services. You will show your project management skills by securing effectiveness and efficiency. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders on multiple levels in the organization as well with external partners. Next to that, you will ensure that all risks for Fujitsu that will arise from the bids are clear and documented, communicated to all stakeholders and are mitigated.
You have a Bachelor or University degree and broad experience in working within the commercial work field. You have experience in presenting in a straight and convincing manner, negotiating with clients and suppliers regarding offers. As a person you have a strong customer focus, you have the ability to take ownership and proactively improve ways of working. You are stress resistant, a strong team player and you share knowledge. Next to that you are flexible and have excellent communication skills.
