Your new role
As Business Developer, you are responsible for the development of a portfolio of clients in your region. Your clients are mainly multinationals active in various sectors. You visit one or two clients per day. During the visit, you present the leasing services offered by your company and you make sure you convince the prospects to affiliate themselves to your company. You are active in long and complex selling cycles, you widen your network and your market knowledge. Your focus is mainly on client contact and negotiation with prospects. Your main contact persons are the CEO, Financial Director or Human Resources Director. You are mainly on the road and you work closely with the Sales Manager.
What you will need to succeed
The ideal candidate has minimum 3 years of commercial experience with long and complex selling cycles. If this experience is in the services sector, this is a plus. You are a true networker with good negotiation capacities and persuasion skills. You are innovative and you think outside the box. You are motivated by the challenge to get new clients. You work with a long-term approach and you are able to handle complex commercial cycles; you have an affinity for the Automotive sector and are perfectly able to adapt your speech to c-level executives. You have an excellent knowledge of French and English and good command of Dutch. Finally, you are a true hunter and motivated to reach your targets and results.
