In the position of Account Manager, you are responsible for increasing the market shares of an existing industrial buildings portfolio. You are responsible of the commercial follow-up and the development of the existing client portfolio. Thanks to your market knowledge, you are able to source and develop new business opportunities. You act like a mentor and a real advisor for your clients. You are responsible to target potential occupiers and organise active prospection campaigns; to negotiate and prepare leases and sales on behalf of your clients. You are risible for the following regions: Walloon Brabant, Flemish Brabant and Brussels area.
The ideal candidate for this vacancy already has a first B2B commercial experience selling a complex service; ideally within real estate. You possess strong persuasion and negotiation skills. You are a team player, but you are also able to work in an autonomous manner. People often qualify you as a problem solver and you shine by your initiative spirit. Finally, you speak Dutch, French and English.
