For one of our clients, a reference in leasing on the Belgian market, we are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join a team of indirect sales and boost sales volume.
As an Indirect Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for the development of your partner portfolio. To do this, you will work closely with the Sales Manager of your department. You encourage long-term leasing with the dealer network and establish long-term collaboration with them. You manage the national sales network of a major car brand, maintain regular contacts with dealers and try to convince them of the long-term benefits of leasing. Dealers can make their own calculations and estimates in the company's tool. It is up to you to train, coach and monitor fleet salespeople in this approach, in order to help them in their commercial approach to long-term leasing. You accompany these salespeople if necessary also to the end customer. You are able to negotiate at a higher level, as well as implement different projects.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, sales or marketing. You have at least 3 years of proven experience in an Account Manager job. You have a commercial mind and a strong ability to think and reason. You are creative, ambitious and want to develop yourself in your work environment. You are fluently bilingual NL/FR and fluent in English. An affinity for the mobility sector is a plus.
