You will join De Jaeghere, a family-oriented company specialized in high-quality exterior joinery solutions for both private and professional clients. The company produces aluminium windows, doors, façade systems and customized solutions for contractors, project developers and end customers.

As Workshop Manager, you will have the opportunity to bring structure to a growing workshop and play an active role in further professionalizing the production environment.


WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?

You will play a key role in a modern production environment, helping drive the growth of a family-owned company focused on quality, craftsmanship and innovation.
As Workshop Manager in Oeselgem, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily operations and planning of the workshop
  • Ensuring quality, efficiency and timely delivery of aluminium joinery products
  • Leading, coaching, motivating and supporting the workshop team
  • Interpreting technical drawings and production files and ensuring a smooth production process
  • Performing quality checks and final inspections
  • Coordinating outgoing transport and logistics
  • Introducing structure and implementing improvements within production processes
  • Improving and maintaining workplace organization, safety standards and efficient working methods
  • Following up on stock, machinery and the overall practical organization of the workshop

WHAT VALUE DO YOU BRING?

Your contribution as Workshop Manager:

  • Strong technical knowledge of aluminium windows, doors and production processes
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a production environment
  • Natural leadership skills to guide and engage employees
  • Fluent English, with knowledge of Dutch as an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure and drive improvements
  • Hands-on mentality with a practical and solution-oriented approach
