This is a highly dynamic role to secure the best talent in the market. This key role supports the University Hiring channel. The ideal candidate will coordinate end-to end recruiting processes, manage regular candidate communication and ensure timely tracking of candidates.
- Supporting the University Hiring Channel:
- Manage university partnerships, ensuring necessary visibility
- Collaborate with both the Campus and International Recruiting Teams, attending virtual and in person campus events and presentations as appropriate
- You will organise end-to-end recruiting processes, manage the pipeline and be the candidate’s SPOC from application to offer coordination
- Lead the application pre-screening process
- You are responsible for the efficient organisation of both virtual and in person interviews and interview days as well as providing the pertinent interview documentation
- Provide support for event organisation
- Ensure data accuracy for analysis of the recruitment events, applications and assessment processes in both spreadsheets and the recruitment database
- Contribute to the DE&I targets for BCG Brussels
- Manage the recruiting inbox as required
