About the role
In short, the Supply Chain Business Partner Sustainability will be the manager of the “Sustainable to Bean” model and contribute to a more sustainable cocoa and chocolate future.
The Supply Chain Business Partner Sustainability is the key figure in managing the Open Chain on both operational and strategic level. You will work with many different stakeholders, which are both internal (commercial, global supply chain, financial, customer care), and external. You add value by mapping the strategic goals of the Open Chain to valuable, achievable processes within Barry Callebaut, looking for sustainable solutions to help the Open Chain grow further.
You will steer the end to end supply chain, from bean to end product, by capturing the correct demand signal & business performance. You will implement and manage a solid governance model, which enables the different planning teams to secure a flawless execution.
