Company sustainability
Stepstone has the ambition to achieve net-zero, by embedding sustainability in our supply chain processes and ways of working, building in-house expertise, and empowering our own employees to be more climate-conscious. We keep track of our carbon footprint since 2019 to highlight where we can reduce our impact on the climate. The emissions we can’t avoid, we’ve offset by sponsoring renewable energy projects since 2021. The climate challenge concerns every one of us, so we motivate our employees to take climate action, big and small, to support our journey to net-zero. Furthermore, THE STEPSTONE GROUP GMBH has earned a Bronze Medal, a recognition awarded to the Top 35% of companies assessed by EcoVadis in the 12 months prior to the medal issue date.
