Through production partners, its products are supplied worldwide to customers across Europe, the United States, Canada, China and Korea. In this role, you will take a leading position in the development of coatings for customer-specific applications, operating at the intersection of R&D and practical implementation. You will act both as a technical expert and as a project lead, playing a key role in translating customer needs into high-performance and innovative coating solutions. * Develop advanced coatings in co-creation with customers, tailored to their specific applications and requirements. You will evaluate coating performance and make adjustments based on test results and customer feedback. * Identify new applications and innovation opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.
