Telephone interview

When your application is selected, there is a telephone interview with someone from HR

Face-to-face interview

Following that there is a first face-to-face interview with HR and someone from the business (generally the Hiring Manager)

Business case/exercise

If you pass that phase, there is (almost always) a second face-to-face interview with more people from the business and depending on the position, that is combined with a business case/exercise or practical day.

Offer proposal

Last step is the offer proposal and the contract
