About The Job

As Car Fleet Coordinator, I guarantee the management of the Mondelez fleet in Belgium and the Netherlands. I manage the fleet (for business offices and plants) within the frame of the existing procedures, support (policy) changes and support continuous cost optimization initiatives. My main duties are: - Inform drivers on the rules and give them guidelines on how to proceed when questions arise. - Follow up on car orders - Manage the complete accounting flow for the entire fleet: PO creation, process invoice (receive amount on PO, scan invoice, send invoice to invoicing team), check payment in SAP, solve possible issues, produce accounting file. - Coordinate the fine management
