Step 1 – Set up and project planningWho are you looking for? How and when do you want to source candidates? In consultation with you, we define the desired profile and next steps. Step 2 – SourcingWe put everything in place to attract the required candidates to your job vacancies. Once the campaign is running we monitor the results closely and adjust the campaign if needed. Step 3 – Campaign ManagementAll incoming applications will be managed by a StepStone Team. They will answer questions, reply to applications and conduct video interviews with candidates according to a script that has been defined together with you. Step 4 – Talent Community (optional)If required we can create a private talent community in which incoming applications will be stored. This way all candidates remain easily accessible for possible future needs. more information Step 5 –ShortlistRelevant applicants will see a video of your company explaining more about the job and company culture. This ensures candidates are better informed and have a higher commitment when applying for the job. The Campaign Manager will conduct and analyse the video interviews, and give advice on which candidates best fit the requirements. Step 6 – HireWe can follow up the recruitment process right through to acceptance and provide feedback to rejected candidates. This way we ensure that applying for your company remains a positive experience for all. |
