Sogeti Belgium Test Manager 467 467 As Test Manager you will be engaged in projects at our customers. You will manage a complete test project and you are responsible for the test organisation. In your role as a Test Manager you create the master test plan and your are responsible for the execution of this test plan. You will recruite new team members and you will coach and assess your current team members. You will advise your customer on test policy and you will execute a test process improvement. Within Sogeti you will be a point of contact for your colleagues in the specific domain of test management. In this role you will develop and give training for your colleagues and for the customer. You will be responsible for the research and development within the domain of test management. Sales will contact you to help in pre-sales activities. You obtained a bachelor or master degree and gained at least 5 years of experience in the testing of computer systems. You also have experience in leading a test team. You have experience in the TMap® Next test cycle and techniques, you have knowledge of improving test processes and the deployment of test tools.Your technical background, communication skills and flexible attitude allow you to gain our customers trust.
