In order to strengthen the Multimedia department we are looking for a Technology Solutions Lead able to assure the day-to-day Digital production and to become the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards the client and the leading AD/PM.
You would therefor need to be able to understand client demands and translate them into sensible and logic digital business opportunities being able to instruct and follow up the technical team becoming the translator between the technical team and the AD/PM/Client.
What you’ll get to do:
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day development/management of a range of digital projects and platforms including websites, social media apps, mobile apps and IT related services within both the governmental as the private sector, helping to assess and decide the correct digital solutions, technologies, server infrastructure and digital processes for the company to implement and ensure adoption.
Working with the development team (both in house and externals) you will solve technical problems and define technical solutions to client requirements, creating detailed project documentation; statements of work, technical and functional specifications, testing plans, risk assessments, systems documentation and user guides, etc.
You will translate client’s and organisational needs into business concepts and proper digital tools providing technical support to client services teams, supporting them in drafting and reviewing realistic plans, prioritising tasks and resourcing conflicts, and resolving technical issues, providing written estimates for work effort and time in project delivery and helping to standardise and improve quality control processes
You have a solid experience and PM skills for overseeing digital projects with a very good understanding of the most popular web, mobile, and social technology platforms such as:
Programming languages and databases
Content managements systems
Other online management systems
You also have strong affinity with information architect and usability services, a good knowledge of Digital Transformation processes, video and graphic formats as well as media and mobile app solutions.
You are a Prince 2 certificated and you can prove a solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum distribution process. Good command of server and web security is highly desirable.
A strong can do attitude, very strong communication skills, passion for digital and a creative thinking are key to succeed in this role. You also must able to work to tight deadlines whilst providing clients and colleagues with exceptional service at all times.
