The current position holder will go on career break for one year. We are looking for an enthusiastic, structured and committed HR Professional in Talent Management for a period of 1,5 years. In this role, you serve as the internal liaison between the HR function (especially talent management) and business line HR Directors and Line Managers, answering their questions and relaying needs from one to the other.
You will be responsible for the practical arrangements related to numerous Recticel University and Technical University development programs independently (standard courses, tailor made courses, language courses and e-learning). When needed, you will open and close the training events (mainly taking place in Diegem, Brussels) and if necessary, give short presentations for the management and participants about HR and talent management related topics.
You will be responsible for venue location coordination, accommodation and travelling arrangements, and making sure that all other practical arrangements are ready well beforehand. You will also participate in other Talent Management or HR related, international tasks and projects when necessary, for example, employer branding, core values enrollment, support activities in compensation and benefits etc. depending on your previous experience.
We expect minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar job in an industrial environment and a basic knowledge of main HR processes, especially talent management, organizational development, project management and workplace learning methods – or similar relevant experience.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness and ability to work in a highly organized, structured and project oriented way. You are a team player with a positive, creative and energetic mindset and with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in Lotus Notes, SAP and different other HR tools and processes is an advantage. Excellent MSOffice skills are mandatory. Fluency in English, Dutch and French is required.
