Location: Zaventem / Rotterdam Job ID: <h4>Tasks</h4> Within the business division of your responsibility you act as focal point for advising business managers on HR issues. You report to the HR Director Benelux and work closely together with HR colleagues in Belgium and in the Netherlands. Your responsibilities include: • Leading and ensuring the implementation of HR strategies, policies and guidelines in the business organisation; • Providing advice, consultancy and recommendation to all management levels in HR aspects and all topics related to the operational personnel management and planning; • Acting as a change agent for the business organisation with respect to change projects and processes; • Participating in the definition of long-term business objectives and deriving the strategic HR priorities from the business strategy; • Supporting the business managers in Talent Management by evaluating employee potential and deriving development and training activities; • Advising business managers on compensation topics, transfers, promotions, special agreements, etc. <h4>Requirements</h4> • You completed a relevant higher education (min. Bachelor level); • You have inimum 5 years experience in an HR position, preferably in a complex international environment; • You have excellent knowledge of Dutch/English/French; • You have a good understanding of business operations; • You present strong leadership and change management abilities; • You have outstanding interpersonal skills; • You have a good knowledge of social law and are able to build up good professional relations with internal managers and social partners; • You are prepared to travel within the Benelux. <h4>Additional information</h4> We offer a varied job in an international group which feels very strongly about the development of its staff. Our HR Department is located in Zaventem and Rotterdam and consists of an HR Center and HR Business Partners. The business partners are responsible for the implementation and management of HR policies at all levels of the company and support their division in all HR related decisions.
