Our client is an international, stable and successful company located in the centre of Brussels (easy access). They are currently looking for a German-speaking Receptionist/Office Assistant with fluent English and French (full or part time !).
· Ensuring the smooth running of the reception area
· Handling phone calls and emails
· Welcoming visitors
· Controlling the stock and ordering office supplies
· Reserving meeting rooms, handling the catering
· Handling incoming and outgoing post
· Assisting lawyers/Secretaries when needed
· You are German speaking (perfectly skilled) and speak fluent English and French. Dutch is a strong asset!
· You have a first relevant experience in a similar role
· You are professional, smiling and have good communication skills
· You are service minded and have good organizational skills
· Permanent contract
· €2200-€3000 according to skills and experience
